THE VILLAGE OF ST. EDWARD BELIEVES IN A LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OLDER ADULTS WHO RESIDE IN THEIR COMMUNITY. IN PROVIDING INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES, NOT ONLY DOES THE VILLAGE OF ST. EDWARD PROVIDE LIVING QUARTERS ATTENTIVE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF AN AGED POPULATION, BUT ALSO OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL GROWTH AND ENRICHMENT. THE VILLAGE'S INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES IS AN AFFORDABLE LIVING OPTION FOR MANY LOW TO MIDDLE INCOME ELDERLY RESIDENTS OF THE AKRON REGION. IN 2021, THE INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY PROVIDED 8,017 DAYS OF OCCUPANCY FOR HIGH-FUNCTIONING SENIOR CITIZENS.
