MEYERS NON-PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION, IS A MICHIGAN NON-PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION ORGANIZED ON A NON-STOCK BASIS BY COOPERATIVE SERVICES, INC., A MICHIGAN NON PROFIT COOPERATIVE. THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED IN OCTOBER 1995 TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN DETROIT, MICHIGAN AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT PROJECT OF 75 UNITS. HOUSING IS PROVIDED TO LOW INCOME SENIORS IN COOPERATION WITH THE US DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
