PROVIDE AFFORDABLE OR FREE MEDIATION SERVICES AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION SERVICES FOR OVER 1,000 INDIVIDUALS IN THE AREAS OF CONTRACTS, EMPLOYMENT, ADULT AND CHILD GUARDIANSHIP, LANDLORD/TENANT DISPUTES, CUSTODY AND PARENTING TIME, ESTATE, PUBLIC POLICY AND SPECIAL EDUCATION. SERVICES WERE ALSO PROVIDED TO THE DISTRICT COURT HELPING WITH SMALL CLAIMS DISPUTES RANGING UP TO $6,500.


THE SECONDARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TRAINING. THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING CURRICULUM FOR "DIVERSITY AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT FOR SOCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS." THIS PROGRAM SERVED INDIVIDUALS IN FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND TRAINING. THIS TRAINING CURRICULUM DEVELOPED WILL BE USED FOR FUTURE SERVICE PROVIDERS. THE MEDIATOR TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDES 40 HOURS OF MEDIATOR TRAINING, PEER MEDIATION AND MEDIATORS AS FACILITATORS SERVICES UNDER THE COMMUNITY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM/SCAO.
