THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ITS SERVICES TO ALMOST 2,000 MEMBERS. MASSP SUCCEEDED IN EDUCATING ITS MEMBERS, ADMINISTRATORS OF SCHOOLS, ON CURRENT ISSUES AND TECHNIQUES AND ENCOURAGING FORMATION/DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT LEADERSHIP GROUPS. EDUCATIONAL TRAININGS TO THESE MEMBERS INCLUDES THREE MAIN DIMENSIONS: IMPROVEMENT OF INSTRUCTIONAL PRACTICE, VISION MISSION AND LEARNING-FOCUSED CULTURE, AND MANAGEMENT OF SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES. IN ADDITION TO TRAINING IN THESE THREE DIMENSIONS, MASSP HOSTS STATE-WIDE CONFERENCES AND EVENTS ALONG WITH ON-DEMAND AND ONLINE PROGRAMMING THAT CAN BE ACCESSED ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.
