MEMBERSHIP WITH A UNIFIED VOICE, PROVIDES DIRECTION TO THE STATE ORGANIZATION. THE STATEWIDE ORGANIZATION THEN DEVELOPS A LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL STRATEGY.


YOUNG FARMERS - EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR CURRENT LOCAL AGRICULTURAL LEADERS WITHIN THE AGES OF 18 TO 35; OFFERS SOCIAL EVENTS AND ENCOURAGES INVOLVEMENT TO DEVELOP FUTURE LEADERS.
