CONFERENCES & SEMINARS: THE WICT NETWORK OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF CONFERENCES AND LEADERSHIP EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, AS WELL AS CURATED TRAINING SEMINARS FOR WOMEN LEADERS. THESE EVENTS INCLUDE THE WICT NETWORK LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, THE TECH IT OUT CONFERENCE, THE BETSY MAGNESS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (BMLI), AND THE RISING LEADERS PROGRAM.THE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE FOCUSES ON CUTTING-EDGE BUSINESS INNOVATIONS AND WORKPLACE SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS BUSINESS STRATEGY, HUMAN CAPITAL, PRODUCTIVITY, PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY, DEIB AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A GREAT LEADER TODAY. THE TECH IT OUT CONFERENCE BRINGS TOGETHER EXPERTS FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CABLE INDUSTRY TO SHARE THEIR INSIGHTS ON TECHNOLOGY AND LEADERSHIP WITH OUR TARGET AUDIENCE OF WOMEN AND PEOPLE OF COLOR.
