GOVERNMENT RELATIONS WITH MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THESE SERVICES BENEFITED MEMBERS BY PROVIDING LOBBYING FOR THE CROP INSURANCE INDUSTRY.
