CIRB PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT TO ITS MEMBERS AND ENSURES DECISION MAKERS IN CONGRESS AND REGULATORY AGENCIES UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF A STRONG CROP INSURANCE PROGRAM.
