THE FOUNDATION CURRENTLY MAKES GRANTS TO THE LES TURNER ALS CENTER AT NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE FOR ALS RESEARCH, THE LOIS INSOLIA ALS CLINIC AND OTHER ALS EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES PERSONALIZED SUPORT VISITS, SUPORT GROUPS, ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT AND OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH ALS AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE FOUNDATION OFFERS EXTENSIVE EDCATIONAL RESOURCES TO PEOPLE WITH ALS AND THEIR FAMILIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND INCREASES PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE DISEASE THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES.
