THE ELGIN DEVELOPMENT GROUP (EDG), A DIVISION OF EAC, IS A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF ELGIN THAT WORKS ON INITIATIVES TO STRENGTHEN ECONOMIC VITALITY IN THE CITY OF ELGIN THROUGH THE EFFORTS OF BUSINESS RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND PROMOTION OF ELGIN'S QUALITY OF LIFE.
THE ADVANCING PROGRESS FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN FUNDS ARE USED TO HELP SUPPORT AND FURTHER THE MISSIONS OF EAC AND EDG.
