TO PRVIDE HUMANITARIAN SERVICES, ENCOURAGE ETHICAL STANDARDS IN ALL VOCATIONS AND BUILD GOODWILL AROUND THE WORKD. DISTRICT 6540 IS CHARGED BY ROTARY INTERNATIONAL TO TRAIN, EDUCATE AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SKILLS TO THE CLUB OFFICERS OF THE 57 LOCAL ROTARY CLUBS IN OUR DISTRICT. THE LEADERSHIP OF THE LOCAL ROTARY CLUBS CHANGE ANNUALLY, THUS NECESSITATING ON GOING TRAINING IN LEADERSHIP, FUND RAISING, INCREASING MEMBERSHIP AND COMMUNITY PROJECTS.
