WE DEVELOP INDIVIDUALS THROUGH EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT TO PROMOTE SERVANT LEADERSHIP.

DURING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION FOR OVER 40 PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS WHO WILL BECOME ACTIVE IN COMMUNITY SERVANT LEADERSHIP. THERE ARE MORE THAN 1,500 PROGRAM GRADUATES, WITH OVER 800 LIVING IN AND SERVING GREATER LAFAYETTE AND NORTHWEST CENTRAL INDIANA. LEADERSHIP LAFAYETTE PROGRAM ALUMNI ARE ACTIVELY ENGAGED IN VOLUNTEER SERVICE ROLES ON BOARDS OF DIRECTORS FOR MORE THAN 100 AREA NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, IN ADDITION TO COMMUNITY CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS, AND SERVING AS LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEADERS.
