EDUCATION - THE MUSEUMS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT PROVIDES FREE OR LOW COST SERVICES TO SCHOOLS, STUDENTS, CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND ADULTS THROUGH ONSITE TOURS, SCHOOL OUTREACH THROUGH THE MUSEUMS TRAVELING TRUNKS PROGRAM, AND VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE MUSEUMS MISSION, LOCAL HISTORY AND EXHIBITIONS.


COLLECTIONS AND EXHIBITIONS - HISTORY, MAINLY OF ALLEN COUNTY AND OHIO, IS DEPICTED THROUGH THE COLLECTIONS THAT ARE MAINTAINED, EXHIBITED AND DEMONSTRATED. VISITORS COME TO THE MUSEUM TO VIEW THE EXHIBITS, DO GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH, AND ATTEND PROGRAMS & EVENTS.
