PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY PRE-SCHOOL, CHILDCARE, FAMILY SUPPORT AND ENRICHMENT, INCLUDING VISION, SPEECH, HEARING, AND OTHER HEALTH SCREENING FOR CHILDREN; AND PROVIDE A PROGRAM FOR HOMELESS PARENTS WITH PRESCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN THAT INCLUDES DAYCARE WITH ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS FOR THE CHILDREN AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING FOR THE PARENTS. ALL OPERATIONS ARE LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN SANTA ANA, ONE OF THE LOWEST INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS OF ORANGE COUNTY.
