THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SERVICES TO MAXIMIZE THE GROWTH EXPERIENCE FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY CHALLENGED CHILDREN. BY UTILIZING PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT, COMBINED WITH STAFF GUIDANCE, THE PROGRAM CONCENTRATED ON FOUR AREAS: (1)DEVELOPMENT, (2)INTERVENTION, (3)EDUCATION, AND (4)TRANSITION. DURING THE YEAR THE PROGRAM ENCOURAGED ITS CLIENTS TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES AND CONFLICTS AND MOVE SUCCESSFULLY THROUGH DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES. THE PROGRAM USED EARLY INTERVENTION TO PROMOTE DEVELOPMENT IN CLIENTS WHO EXHIBITED GROWTH DELAYS.
