PROVIDED EDUCATION ON THE HISTORY OF THE PRINTING INDUSTRY TO THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS BY PERMANENT COLLECTIONS AS WELL AS TRANSPORTING SOME OF THE MUSEUM COLLECTION TO SCHOOLS, LIBRARIES, AND OTHER LOCATIONS.THE FOUNDATION'S EDUCATION PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND ARIZONA INCLUDED A TRAVELING EXHIBIT PROGRAM,"HISTORY IN MOTION," IMPACT TO SCHOOLS,LIBRARIES, AND OTHER LOCATIONS THAT VISITED 107 SCHOOLS.EDUCATIONAL TOURS AND DEMONSTRATIONS RELATING TO PRINTING HISTORY AT THE MUSEUM'S PUBLIC DISPLAY IN CARSON REACHED APPROXIMATELY 8,000 PEOPLE.
