THE ORGANIZATION IS A MAJORITY OWNER OF A JOINT VENTURE ORGANIZED TO EXECUTE, DELIVER AND PERFORM UNDER A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND TO ACT AS GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO THE HILLS AT LEANDER PROJECT, A NEW SENIOR AFFORDABLE APARTMENT COMMUNITY WITH 228 UNITS IN LEANDER, TEXAS.


THE ORGANIZATION IS THE SOLE MEMBER OF THE GENERAL PARTNERS IN THREE LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHOSE PURPOSES ARE TO ACQUIRE, CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THREE SEPARATE MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL RENTAL COMPLEXES IN KYLE, SAN MARCOS, AND AUSTIN, TEXAS. ONCE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED, THESE COMPLEXES WILL PROVIDE 876 AFFORDABLE HOUSING RESIDENCES.
