CALIFORNIANS TOGETHER IS A STATEWIDE COALITION OF PARENTS, TEACHERS, EDUCATION ADVOCATES, AND CIVIL RIGHTS GROUPS COMMITTED TO SECURING EQUAL ACCESS TO QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL CHILDREN. DURING THE YEAR THE GROUP FOCUSED ON ITS MISSION TO WORK TOWARDS AN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THAT IS FUNDED AND STRUCTURED SO EVERY CHILD WILL HAVE FULL ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION AND WILL GRADUATE FROM OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS FULLY PREPARED FOR SUCCESS IN COLLEGE AND CAREER AND FULL CIVIC PARTICIPATION. THE ORGANIZATION WORKED WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO FOSTER FULL PARTICIPATION IN A DEMOCRATIC SOCIETY THROUGH QUALIFY EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS FROM UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES.
