THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO ESTABLISH A CLOSE WORKING PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE PUBLIC, LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY, AND BUSINESS AND GOVERNMENT INTERESTS TO IMPROVE THE PROSPECTS OF SAFE AND SECURE COMMUNITIES; AND LEAD TO CONSTRUCTIVE SOCIAL CHANGE IN HENRICO COUNTY, VIRGINIA AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES THROUGH EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES RELATING TO BOTH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND THE COMMUNITIES IN WHICH THEY SERVE. THIS ORGANIZATION ALSO DESIRES TO SUPPORT ITS' LOCAL COMMUNITIES, PARTICULARLY ON BEHALF OF THE YOUTH, BY REACHING OUT TO YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHER DISADVANTAGED PERSONS WITH PROGRAMS OF DIRECT ASSISTANCE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE DIGNITY AND WORTH OF ALL OF VIRGINIA'S NEEDY CITIZENS.
