WE ADVOCATE FOR QUALITY EDUCATION, SELF-ADVOCACY, POLICY CHANGE, MEDICAL SERVICES, RESEARCH, AND A JOYOUS WELCOME FOR BABIES BORN WITH DOWN SYNDROME ACROSS THE STATE.
