"PUBLIC AWARENESS AND PREVENTION" THIS PROGRAMS REACHES HOMELESS OR INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS, INTRAVENOUS DRUG USERS, RE-ENTRY POPULATIONS, HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS, CASE MANAGERS, COUNSELORS, THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK FOR HIV/HCV CO-INFECTION, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH A VARIETY OF PRESENTATIONS, CONFERENCES, HEALTH FAIRS, ANTI-BODY TESTING ON SITE OR REMOTELY AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. ON DECEMBER 1, 2020, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED THIS PROGRAM TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER PURSUANT TO A MERGER AGREEMENT.
