PROVIDED OVER 1000 ONE-WAY TRIPS FOR SENIORS TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS AND OTHER NECESSARY TRIPS. TOTAL PROGRAM SERVICES
ASSISTED SENIORS WITH ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND TRANSPORTATION TO COVID VACCINE SITES AS WELL AS HOSTED COVID VACCINE SITES AT OUR LOCATION.
CREATED ATHENS COUNTY CARES- A PROGRAM PROVIDING DEMENTIA FRIENDS WORKSHOPS WHICH EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ON DEMENTIA AWARENESS AND CARE CONSULTATION WHICH OFFERS AN EVIDENCE-BASED COACHING PROGRAM FOR PERSONS WITH OR AT RICK FOR DEMENTIA AND THEIR CAREGIVERS.
