EDUCATION AND TRAINING - OBL EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS PROVIDE A MULTITUDE OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERYONE FROM TELLERS TO SENIOR EXECUTIVES, DELIVERED IN THE RIGHT FORMAT, WITH THE RIGHT CONTENT, AT THE RIGHT TIME. OBL OFFERS EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE FOLLOWING TOPICS: LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT, ACCOUNT AND BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS, COMPLIANCE, DIRECTORS TRAINING, FINANCIAL SERVICES, FRONTLINE TRAINING, HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMINISTRATION, LENDING, RETAIL MANAGEMENT, SALES & MARKETING, SECURITY & TECHNOLOGY, TRUST, AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF SPECIAL MEETINGS AND EVENTS.
