THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED WITHIN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE TO CONDUCT A MUNICIPAL CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAM FOR WHICH ANY CITY OF HOLLAND HOMEOWNER CAN QUALIFY. A SUBSIDY IS PROVIDED FOR HOME ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS, AS WELL AS LOW INTEREST LOANS WITH LIMITED BARRIERS TO QUALIFY.
