MEMBERS ALSO RECEIVE ADDITIONAL BENEFITS SUCH AS DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT COVERAGE AND THE OPTION TO PURCHASE SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE.
