THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 96 UNIT APARTMENT FACILITY KNOWN AS GREENWOOD MANOR I, LOCATED IN TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES. THE PROJECT IS FINANCED WITH A MORTGAGE THAT IS INSURED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND IS, THEREFORE, REGULATED BY HUD WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
