FRIENDS OF NOAH USA, INC. ("FRIENDS OF NOAH") WAS INCORPORATED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING RESOURCES TO CHILDREN IN SOUTH AFRICA ORPHANED BY AIDS, INCLUDING PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL, PSYCHOSOCIAL, AND GENERAL HEALTHCARE SUPPORT. IN ADDITION, FRIENDS OF NOAH WILL WORK TO PROVIDE COMMUNITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND STRATEGIES TO FORM AND RUN SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS THAT SUPPORT VULNERABLE CHILDREN. IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, FRIENDS OF NOAH PLANS TO RAISE FUNDS FROM INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS, FOUNDATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES IN THE UNITED STATES. FRIENDS OF NOAH INTENDS TO USE THESE FUNDS TO EDUCATE THE AMERICAN PUBLIC ABOUT THE PLIGHT OF CHILDREN ORPHANED BY AIDS IN SOUTH AFRICA AND THE SUCCESS OF NURTURING ORPHANS OF AIDS FOR HUMANITY ("NOAH") IN PROVIDING RESOURCES AND SUPPORT TO THESE CHILDREN IN VARIOUS COMMUNITIES THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.
