IS PART OF A NETWORK OF ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE INTEGRATED CARE THAT COMBINES PREVENTION, DISEASE CONTROL, CONSUMER EDUCATION, RESEARCH, AND EVIDENCE-BASED CLINICAL SERVICES IN THE AREAS OF PRIMARY CARE AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH INCLUDING MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT TO RESIDENTS OF MIAMI-DADE AND BROWARD COUNTIES. INTEGRATED COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES: PRIMARY CARE VISITS OF 17,940 AND 229,653 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH VISITS.
