THE CENTER PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF MEDICAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO A LARGELY MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATION IN THE COMMUNITY. THE CENTER HAD 83,414 VISITS DURING 2021 AND SERVED 36,255 INDIVIDUAL PATIENTS.
