PROVIDED 2209 TWO WEEK SUPPLIES OF DIAPERS TO CHILDREN AND INFANTS FOR A TOTAL OF 150,828 DIAPERS. AVERAGE VISITS PER MONTH WAS 366.
PROVIDED A NURSE TO VISIT WITH IDENTIFIED CHURCH ORGANIZATIONS MONTHLY. MADE AN AVERAGE OF 22 VISITS PER MONTH AND PERFORMED APPROXIMATELY 36 BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS PER MONTH.
