ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF VIOLENT CRIME INCLUDING MEDICAL NEEDS, THERAPY AND COUNSELING, TEMPORARY HOUSING AND SUPPORT, AND OTHER ASSISTANCE NEEDED TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT AND SUPPORT DURING RECOVERY.
