AMERICA NEEDS YOU (ANY) PROVIDES HIGH-ACHIEVING, LOW-INCOME, FIRST-GENERATION COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH EXPOSURE TO A WIDE VARIETY OF CAREERS, ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL NETWORKS, PREPARATION TO SECURE AND SUCCEED IN CAREER-TRACK INTERNSHIPS AND MOTIVATION TO COMPLETE COLLEGE. WE CURRENTLY OPERATE IN NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, ILLINOIS AND CALIFORNIA.ANY OPERATES TWO PROGRAM MODELS: THE FELLOWS PROGRAM AND FIRSTGENU. THE FELLOWS PROGRAM IS A TWO-YEAR, IN PERSON MODEL THAT SERVES ALMOST 500 STUDENTS EACH YEAR THROUGH CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND MENTORSHIP. FIRSTGENU IS A SELF-PACED DIGITAL PROGRAM THAT CURRENTLY SERVED 900 STUDENTS AND OFFERS ONLINE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES.STUDENTS WHO COMPLETE ANY PROGRAMS ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY OUTCOMES.
