THE ADMINISTRATIVE DATA RESEARCH FACILITY (ADRF) IS A FEDERALLY CERTIFIED SECURE DATA FACILITY WHERE COLERIDGE HOSTS ADMINISTRATIVE DATA SETS FROM STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES. WORKING INSIDE THE ADRF, AGENCY STAFF CAN COMBINE DATA SETS TO ANSWER CRITICAL QUESTIONS, WHILE GUARANTEEING CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY.

RESEARCH & TRAINING - COLERIDGE WORKS WITH ANALYSTS FROM STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES TO ANSWER CRITICAL QUESTIONS USING ADMINISTRATIVE DATA, IN ORDER TO MAKE EVIDENCE-BASED POLICY DECISIONS. WE ACHIEVE THIS BY STORING, LINKING, AND ANALYZING SENSITIVE DATA, AS WELL AS TRAINING AGENCY STAFF TO ACQUIRE MODERN DATA SKILLS.

GENERAL PROGRAM - THE COLERIDGE INITIATIVE IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, ORIGINALLY ESTABLISHED AT NEW YORK UNIVERSITY, THAT IS WORKING WITH GOVERNMENTS TO ENSURE THAT DATA ARE MORE EFFECTIVELY USED FOR PUBLIC DECISION-MAKING. WE ACHIEVE THIS GOAL BY WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO CREATE VALUE FOR THE TAXPAYER FROM THE CAREFUL USE OF DATA, BY BUILDING NEW TECHNOLOGIES TO ENABLE SECURE ACCESS TO AND SHARING OF CONFIDENTIAL MICRODATA, AND BY TRAINING AGENCY STAFF TO ACQUIRE MODERN DATA SKILLS.
