PROPERTY IS USED WEEKLY BY SKIERS, SNOWSHOERS, MOUNTAIN & FAT BIKE RIDERS, RUNNERS AND WALKERS/ DOG WALKERS. TRAILS BENEFITING 5,000 PEOPLE ANNUALLY.
