GRASSROOTS ACTIVITY: WFI CONDUCTS GRASSROOTS ACTIVITIES TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF THE PENDING LEGISLATION AND POSSIBLE DECISIONS OF THE NLRB PERTAINING TO WORKPLACES AND DECISION-MAKING BY WORKFORCES AND TO ENCOURAGE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO CONTACT THEIR CONGRESSPERSONS ABOUT SUCH LEGISLATION AND APPOINTMENTS. WFI ESTABLISHED A WEBSITE THAT ENCOURAGES USERS TO CONTACT THEIR CONGRESSPERSONS ABOUT LEGISLATION THAT MAY AFFECT THEIR WORKPLACE.
EARNED MEDIA ACTIVITY. WFI PROMOTES FAIR AND DEMOCRATIC WORKPLACE DECISIONS THROUGH EARNED MEDIA OUTREACH ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING DISCUSSING THE EFFECTS OF PENDING LEGISLATION AND POSSIBLE DECISIONS OF THE NLRB IN NEWSPAPER, BLOGGER INTERVIEWS, AND IN WRITTEN EDITORIALS.
