TO ORGANIZE CULTURAL EVENTS INVOLVING WITHOUT LIMITATION BENGALI AND OTHER INDIAN TRADITIONAL AND CONTEMPORARY SONGS DRAMA AND DANCES. TO PLAN AND HOST PERIODIC CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS TO ALLOW MEMBERS TO LEARN NETWORK AND SHARE EXPERIENCES FOR PERSONAL AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT. TO ORGANIZE EVENTS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR THE RELIEF OF DISTRESS AND OTHER CHARITABLE CAUSES.

BAYBASI'S ANNUAL AUTUMN FESTIVAL IS A VIBRANT CELEBRATION THAT MIRRORS THE RICH TRADITIONS OF INDIAN AUTUMN FESTIVAL MORE SPECIFICALLY IN KOLKATA WEST BENGAL BRINGING TOGETHER OVER 3000 ATTENDEES FROM ACROSS THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. THIS CULTURAL EXTRAVAGANZA SHOWCASES AN ARRAY OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING TRADITIONAL PERFORMANCES BY LOCAL ARTISTS ENGAGING ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN AND A HOST OF CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT HIGHLIGHT THE SPIRIT OF BENGAL. VOLUNTEERS PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN BRINGING THE ESSENCE OF COMMUNITY AND HERITAGE TO LIFE ENSURING A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.
