AS SUCH, PEER'S MISSIONS INCLUDE: 1.KEEP ABREAST WITH MOST RECENT BREAKTHROUGH AND ADVANCEMENT IN RELATED DISCIPLINES; 2. UNDERSTAND SOCIETAL AND MARKET NEEDS WITH RESPECT TO A WIDE RANGE OF ISSUES IN ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT; 3. INTERACT AND COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN ADDITION TO ACADEMIA AND INDUSTRY (GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, VENTURE CAPITALS, PRIVATE EQUITIES, ETC.)
