TO DEVELOP AND FOSTER A NATIONAL AMATEUR ATHLETIC PROGRAM. TAM CYCLING IS COMMITTED TO EMPOWER AND DEVELOP ATHLETES, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, TO ENHANCE PERFORMANCE IN THE SPORT OF CYCLING. THE ORGANIZATION EQUALLY PROVIDES SERVICES, LEADERSHIP, LOGISTICS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO FEMALE AND MALE ATHLETES TO COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE SPORT.
