THE MEETINGS PROVIDE A FORUM FOR EXCHANGING BUSINESS INFORMATION, PROMOTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOPING STRATEGIC CONTACTS, AND INCREASING THE VISIBILITY OF PROFESSIONAL WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY. THROUGH THE WEEKLY SPEAKERS, THE CLUB INCREASES AWARENESS OF ISSUES THAT ARE IMPORTANT TO WOMEN, ADVANCES THE INFULUENCE OF WOMEN IN THE LOCAL BUSINESS COMMUNITY, EMPOWERS WOMEN TO ACHIEVE INCREASED ADVANCEMENT AND SUCCESS, AND EDUCATES WOMEN ON ISSUES RELATED TO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WHICH LEADS TO THE INCREASED LIKELIHOOD OF SUCCESS AND ADVANCEMENT OF WOMEN.THE CLUB ASSIGNS MEMBERS TO SAMLL GROUPS IF THEY WISH TO PARTICIPATE. THESE GROUPS MEET ON A REGULAR BASIS, E.G. A MONTHLY DINNER.
