DISTRIBUTIONS HAVE BEGUN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAN REQUIREMENTS PROVIDING A MEANINGFUL SUPPLEMENT TO HELP RETIREES COVER HEALTH INSURANCE COSTS. THE PLAN PAID OUT $812,826.
