THE ORGANIZATION SERVES FAMILIES IN WINDSOR AND NORTHERN WINDHAM COUNTIES OF VT WHO ARE EITHER EXPERIENCEING HOMELESSNESS, OR IN DANGER OF LOSING THEIR HOUSING, TO FIND PERMANENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND RECEIVE AT-HOME CASE MANAGEMENT.
