THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS - PRODUCED 3 PUBLIC TICKETED PRODUCTIONS; THINK FAST, JORDAN CHASE (WORLD PREMIER COMMISSION CO-WRITTEN WITH 839 CHILDREN), IN THE GROVE (A FREE BI-LINGUAL OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE FOR AGES 18 MONTHS - 3 YEARS AND A SELECTED GRANT RECIPIENT AND PARTICIPANT OF THE E(ART)H CHICAGO ARTS FESTIVAL), AND FORTS (AN INDOOR EXPERIENTIAL PLAYMAKING EXPERIENCE) WHICH RAN AT FILAMENT THEATRE'S VENUE AND RECEIVED ITS REGIONAL THEATRE PREMIER AT WRITERS THEATRE IN GLENCOE, IL.


EDUCATION AND FAMILY PROGRAMS - CONTINUED PROVIDING THEATRE-BASED CLASSES FOR FAMILIES AND SCHOOLS THROUGH IN-SCHOOL AND AFTER-SCHOOL RESIDENCIES WITH PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. THE CURRICULUM BASED PRIMARILY AROUND THE THEMES OF FILAMENT'S THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS.

STUDENTS APPLY TO SERVE ON A PANEL AND RECEIVE 6 WEEKS OF FREE TRAINING THROUGH WEEKLY WORKSHOPS. PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS APPLIED TO A STUDENT PANEL; THE STUDENTS PROVIDED THE GUIDANCE AND FEEDBACK FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT ON THE PATH TO GENERATE NEW WORKS FOR THE NATIONAL CANON OF ART FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES.
