RAISE FUNDS FOR ENGLISH-BASED NONPROFIT SCHOOLS IN TANZANIA. TO DATE, WE HAVE FUNDED THREE SCHOOLS: TUMAINI JUNIOR SCHOOL, KARATU, TANZANIA, TUMAINI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, MAKUYUNI, TANZANIA AND TUMAINI PRE-PRIMARY, KARATU, TANZANIA.

TUITION GRANTS TO 200 STUDENTS TO ATTEND EITHER TUMAINI JUNIOR SCHOOL OR TUMAINI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL.
CONSTRUCTION OF DORMS AND CLASSROOMS FOR FORM V AND FORM VI CLASSES AT TUMAINI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, MAKUYUNI, TANZANIA. CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL BEGAN IN 2015 AND SCHOOL OPENED IN JAN. 2018 WITH 45 FORM 1 BOARDING STUDENTS. EACH YEAR WE ADDED A CLASS, UNTIL IN 2019, THE SCHOOL OFFERED FORM 1-FORM IV AND SERVED APPROXIMATELY 300 STUDENTS. IN 2019, WE BEGAN CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CLASSROOM BLOCK AND DORMS TO SUPPORT COLLEGE PREP, FORM V AND FORM VI. CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETE IN 2023.
WE PAY FOR ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS AT ALL THREE TUMAINI SCHOOLS. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDING PBL (PROJECT BASED LEARNING) CLASSES FOR TUMAINI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL. EXAMPLES OF PBL COURSES INCLUDE COMPUTER CODING CLASSES, ENGLISH WRITING, CIVICS, THE GRAPHIC NOVEL, BIOLOGY CLASSES IN MAIZE AND MALERIA, AND DNA GENETICS. OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE CLUBS, SPORTS ACTIVITIES AND NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR THE STUDENTS. FINALLY, WE HAVE BUILT AND MAINTAIN LIBRARIES AT BOTH TUMAINI JUNIOR SCHOOL AND TUMAINI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL.
