ENGAGED WITH POLICY MAKERS IN THE FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION. PARTICIPATED IN EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS WITH LEGISLATIVE STAFF IN THE CONGRESS. ENGAGED THE REGULATORY PROCESS THROUGH TESTIMONY AND WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENT ON RELEVANT RULEMAKINGS.
