THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION ARE TO: (1) AID, SPONSOR, PROMOTE, ADVANCE, EDUCATE AND ASSIST IN IMPROVING THE CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE THROUGH THE FOX PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, A PUBLIC RESOURCE OWNED BY THE CITY; (2) TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE BEAUTY AND THRILL OF LIVE PERFORMING ARTS TO EVERYONE, INSPIRING COMMUNITY RESIDENTS TO BECOME PATRONS OF THE ARTS AND SUPPORTING LOCAL STUDENTS OF ALL AGES IN PURSUING CAREERS BOTH ON STAGE AND BEHIND THE SCENES; AND (3) TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE INVALUABLE CULTURAL ASSET IN OUR REGION THAT IS THE FOX PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, ENCOURAGING INVESTMENT IN OUR LOCAL CULTURAL COMMUNITY THROUGH ENDOWMENT THAT WILL BOTH IMPROVE ACCESS TO CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY, AND ASSIST IN SUPPORTING THEATER RENOVATION AND MAINTENANCE.
