THEY ARE SELECTED VIA COMPETITION AT OTHER EVENTS TO PARTICIPATE AT THE SALE. THE EXHIBITORS ARE AS YOUNG AS 8 AND AS OLD AS 18. THE SALE IS A TRADITIONAL WAY FOR YOUNG FARMERS AND RANCHERS TO PAY FOR THEIR EDUCATION AND TO PURCHASE ANOTHER ANIMAL AND FEED SO THEY CAN COMPETE AGAIN.
