THE HCP MANAGES COMMUNITY EVENTS IN CO-OP WITH THE BOUROUGH OF HOLLIDAYSBURG: INCLUDING DOWNTOWN LIVE SUMMER CONCERTS, FARMERS MARKET, PUMPKINFEST & WINTERFEST AND SEVERAL OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS. THE HCP ALSO MANAGES AND FINANCIALLY SUPPORTS THE MAIN STREET MANAGER PROGRAM AND ADMINISTERS THE BOUROUGH'S FACADE GRANT PROGRAM.
