CNHH&H IS A NON-PROFIT, MEDICARE CERTIFIED, STATE LICENSED, HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE AGENCY. CNHSS IS A NON-PROFIT, STATE LICENSED, HOME CARE, HOME SUPPORT SERVICES, AND ADULT DAY SERVICES PROVIDER. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR PATIENTS OF ALL AGES, FROM INFANTS TO THE ELDERLY, SERVING ALL OF ELK, CAMERON AND MCKEAN COUNTIES AND PARTS OF CLEARFIELD, JEFFERSON AND POTTER COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA.
