INFORMATION AND PUBLIC EDUCATION1. PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY CRANIOFACIAL BIRTH DEFECTS.2. DESIGN, COORDINATE AND IMPLEMENT SERVICE-DELIVERY PROTOCOLS FOR CPF'S EDUCATION, REFERRAL, SUPPORT AND CRISIS LINE INCLUDING TELEPHONE, ON-LINE WEB INQUIRIES, AND EMAIL CONTACTS (COLLECTIVELY REFERENCED AS CLEFTLINE).3.
