INFORMATION AND PUBLIC EDUCATION1. PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SUPPORT AND INFORMATION TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY CRANIOFACIAL BIRTH DEFECTS.2. DESIGN, COORDINATE AND IMPLEMENT SERVICE-DELIVERY PROTOCOLS FOR CPF'S EDUCATION, REFERRAL, SUPPORT AND CRISIS LINE INCLUDING TELEPHONE, ON-LINE WEB INQUIRIES, AND EMAIL CONTACTS (COLLECTIVELY REFERENCED AS CLEFTLINE).3. INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WITH CLEFT LIP AND PALATE AND OTHER CRANIOFACIAL ANOMALIES THROUGH DISTRIBUTION OF WRITTEN INFORMATION, OPERATION OF THE CLEFTLINE, WEBSITE CONTENT, AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS SUCH AS PRESS RELEASES AND ARTICLES.4.
