THE PENN STATE RESEARCH FOUNDATIONS MISSION IS TO SEEK PATENT PROTECTION FOR AND EXPLOIT THE INVENTIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION ISSUES GRANTS TO SUPPORT SCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING RESEARCH AT THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY.
